Order and delivery was good. However, the Kyocera printer will only print Powerpoint slides in Greyscale and not Black and White, despite the Display Page under Print being in Black and White. Microsoft blames Kyocera while Kyocera blames Microsoft. Powerpoint is a major part of my work, yet I cannot resolve the issue.
We were very impressed with how quickly and easily our order arrived. Thank you.
