Despite all care in installing an allegedly compatible (generic) 'HP 85A' printer cartridge in my HP LazerJet Printer P1102w, the cartridge refused to print, and an on-screen message was displayed indicating that this was a 'non genuine HP cartridge'. Paper jammed up, requiring dismantling of my printer, and removal of the jam. I arranged to return the 3 generic cartridges which I had ordered from Printzone, I couldn't print the return label, so Printzone kindly offered to supply a genuine HP P1102w cartridge. This worked perfectly in my HP printer! Printzone are arranging credit for the 3 generic cartridges. I'm very grateful for the excellent service provided by Printzone.
