Great speed of delivery. Sometimes I find the non-genuine toners do not last as long as the print get estimates. Overall I still think it ends up cheaper.

Delivered quickly, all cartridges present and well packaged, but the sealing plastic strip over the toner recess on 3 of the 4 toner cartridges was extemely difficult to remove and some powder toner spilled out. I had to very carefully brush the powder away, which took some time. Cartridges installed ok and so far printing is good.
