Haven't had to use them yet, but the service was fantastic. Delivered to my door quicker than I could get organised to go and buy them from a shop. I have no complaints at this stage as the product is identical to the genuine print cartridges in the printer. The only thing left is print quality and I cannot give a comment on that as I have not used them yet.
