In the past all my cartridges have worked well. Two PGI-525 black cartridges in my last order spilt ink when package opened and did not work. Good news is that they were quickly replaced at no charge and no questions asked. So far so good as first replacement works well. Difficult to give a fair rating as first batch bad, second batch good
